1. Who We Are

CellScape is published by TS Projects LLC.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the CellScape iOS/iPadOS app only. It does not apply to other products, websites, or services unless explicitly stated there.

 

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information through in-app account registration, in-app forms, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or in-app chat features.

CellScape is designed to run without requiring users to provide personal details such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

CellScape stores app data locally on your device to support Sketch Pond gameplay and settings. This local data may include:

  • App settings and preferences

  • Completed drawing prompts

  • Unlocked brushes and stamps

  • The currently selected brush or stamp

  • Sketch strokes and stamp placements saved as normalized on-device drawing data

This data is saved in app-local storage (for example, sketch_progress_v3.json) and is not synced to TS Projects LLC servers. Older simulation or challenge save data is not used for the current Sketch Pond play experience.

 

5. How We Use Data

Local on-device data is used only to:

  • Run core app functionality

  • Restore progress between sessions

  • Preserve user-selected app settings

  • Support the drawing, stamp, prompt, and reset features

 

6. Sharing and Disclosure

TSProjects LLC does not sell or rent personal information from CellScape users. CellScape does not include in-app ad network SDKs, and we do not share in-app personal data with advertising partners.

 

7. Third-Party Services

CellScape does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs or ad SDKs in the app.

When you download or purchase apps, Apple may process information under Apple's own terms, policies, and App Store operations. Please review Apple's policies for details about Apple's data handling.

8. Children's Privacy

CellScape is designed for children and families. We do not intentionally collect personal information through in-app account, chat, or analytics features.

If you believe personal information was provided to us in error, contact us at privacy@tristateprojects.com.

 

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Because CellScape stores data locally on your device, retention is controlled primarily by the device and user actions.

Data can be removed by:

  • Using in-app reset controls in Settings (for example, Reset sketch progress)

  • Deleting the app from the device

 

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for an on-device app architecture. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

11. International Users

CellScape itself does not transmit personal data to TS Projects LLC servers as part of normal app operation.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at https://tristateprojects.com/privacy-policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
